YURENGO recently revealed the technical details of its fully automated production line. The company has 25 flat belt forming machines and 35 roll forming machines, among which the multi roll forming equipment is specially designed for 8-12mm micro sized belts, which can achieve stable output of 500000 meters of belts and 80000 sets of reels per day. Its product bandwidth covers the full size range of 8-120mm and supports customized deep cavity packaging of over a thousand electronic components such as LGA/BGA/TO/SOT.
Our technological advantages: The single roll press is designed to meet the high-precision requirements of 8-16mm bandwidth, while the multi roll press is suitable for large-scale narrowband production. The tolerance control of the flat forming machine reaches ± 0.03mm and supports deep KO position products. The carrier and cover tape sizes are fully matched, providing integrated supply of cover tapes with widths ranging from 5.4mm to 81.5mm.
